Return Policy

Please be sure you want to place the order before you submit your order!

We understand that sometimes you may not need an item or that you may have ordered a part incorrectly. So for that reason, we do accept returns (some restrictions apply)*.  We simply ask for the courtesy of making sure that the part(s) is returned back to us in its original packaging, without the original packaging we cannot issue you a credit.

Once you place your order with us, and receive an order confirmation number, this is considered a sale. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns on special order or electrical parts.  Verify that all parts are received and in undamaged condition. Check container thoroughly to avoid throwing away parts that may be wrapped in packing materials!

We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any missing or damaged parts via Email.

Do not disassemble your vehicle or render it inoperative until you have verified that the enclose product are correct and complete! If any parts are missing, please contact our customer service at Contact us, And we will gladly help. if parts are missing, we will research your request, and would send any components via ups ground service. do not put yourself into an emergency situation demanding 'air' ups service (even when an error on our part has occurred).

 

IMPORTANT

If you are modifying your vehicle with parts other than what came on your vehicle, (i.e. cruise control or colored grill) do not include your vin number. If you enter your VIN number, you will get the part that Toyota originally meant for that vehicle (i.e. non cruise control switch, or your same/original color grill).

if you did not include your vin# with your order, we cannot take back any returned items on that order.

We could have made a typographical error in the price or the description of the part; some pictures or graphics may not represent the exact part you are purchasing. 

We reserve the right to refuse to sell parts that have an error in pricing or shipping.

Internet prices are wholesale to the public. This internet/wholesale pricing must be disclosed before you request pricing, service or repair at our dealership. This pricing cannot be applied after an invoice or repair order has been opened.

Do not write on or mark the original box in any way.  Make sure all original labels are still present. 

We cannot take back installed, used or tried parts

No return on any electrical parts

Shipping charges are not refundable

Handling charges are not refundable

Fees charged to us from PayPal are non refundable

Cores must be returned within 30 days, drained of fluid (when applicable) and in original box

Cores that are not drained (when applicable) will not be given a refund

Please contact us for an RGA (Return Good Authorization) number when you are ready to return your part(s). Failure to do so may result in prolonging the time it takes to issue you a credit. Please send a copy of the original invoice with returned part.

We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, used, or do not meet the above return criteria.

Accuracy of the parts is only guaranteed if a VIN number is provided with the order

All parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as order that do not include a VIN.

 

Return Procedure

Once you have read and understand the above...

1.  Please call us at 866-221-4696 or E-mail parts@toyotaofdallas.com with an invoice number and a reason for return. We will then issue you with an RGA number so that you can return your part(s).

2.  All returns must have copy of the original invoice.

3.  Please use a shipping method that can be tracked (FedEx, UPS or DHL).  If you decided to use USPS mail please ensure that you have delivery confirmation on your package. We will not be held responsible if your package is lost and we will not issue you a refund.

Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be issued a refund.
