We reserve the right to refuse to sell parts that have an error in pricing or shipping.

EVERY ORDER MUST HAVE THE VIN# (vehicle identification number) *

* UNLESS YOU ARE MODIFYING YOUR VEHICLE WITH PARTS YOUR VEHICLE DID NOT COME WITH FROM THE FACTORY.

NO REFUNDS ON RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR VIN# with your order.

Vin#'s help us determine if the parts you chose are the correct color, size, application for your vehicle. 

REMANUFACTURED ITEMS - THESE ARE REMANUFACTURED BY TOYOTA, AND HAVE A CORE CHARGE. Starters, cvshafts, clutches, alternators, A/C compressors, rack and pinions, transmissions, brake calipers, some computer modules.

 PAYMENT TERMS -

We accept major credit cards and PayPal only.

If you submit payment through a credit card, we only ship to the billing address of that credit card only - if it is a Post Office box, you may want to consider paying via Paypal, so we can ship it via Fedex to a physical address.

If you submit payment through PayPal we only ship to the addresses you have registered on your PayPal account.

Overseas orders we require payment by Paypal only, no credit cards.

Please note that as a Toyota dealer, we have access to all Genuine Toyota Parts that are available in the United States. 

This is a website designed for the "do-it-yourselfer” to look up repair parts for their Toyota!

Internet prices are wholesale to the public.  In order to receive this special pricing, all orders must be ordered through this website.

This internet/wholesale pricing must be disclosed before you request pricing, service or repair at our dealership. 

This pricing cannot be applied after an invoice or repair order has been opened, the parts must have been purchased online.

Occasionally, your particular part may not be available from either our warehouse or Toyota's Gulf States Houston Distribution Center. 

In this rare instance, be advised that special order parts from another Toyota Distribution Center can take up to 3 - 4 weeks.

*PLEASE NOTE: The VIN# of your vehicle must be included with every order, except…read below.

If you are modifying your vehicle with parts other than what came on your vehicle, (i.e. cruise control or colored grill) do not include your vin number.

If you enter your vin number, YOU WILL GET THE PART THAT TOYOTA ORIGINALLY MEANT FOR THAT VEHICLE (i.e. non cruise control switch, or your same/original color grill)

Occasionally, prices do change without notice, or we could have made a typographical error in the price or the description of the part.

Sorry, at this time we do not ship all large body or glass components or liquids/lubricants. (Includes Fender, Quarter Panels, Bumper Covers, Hoods, Trunk Lids, Door Panels, frame components, and all other large or heavy items, no oils, paint, anti-freeze, trans or brake fluids)  Heavy engine and long exhaust components will require extra shipping - you will be contacted with a freight quote.

If shipping charges are different from what is shown on your confirmation, you will be notified by email before the transaction is processed or charged by us here.

CORES:   Some of the parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned for remanufacture. We will apply this charge to your order total. You may bring the Genuine Toyota core to any Toyota parts dealer for core credit, or you may ship it to us at your cost. Core charges are most often associated with starters, cvshafts, clutches, alternators, A/C compressors, some computer modules. If you have questions concerning whether or not the part you are ordering has a "core charge" feel free to email us and we will be able to tell you if one applies.

ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH US, AND RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER, THIS IS CONSIDERED SOLD. IF YOU SHOULD LATER DECIDE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, THERE WILL BE A REPROCESSING FEE OF 20%.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR ORDER STATUS (LOG ON TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU CAN SEE THE STATUS!) OR TRACKING NUMBER- DO NOT EMAIL US UNTIL YOU HAVE GIVEN US 3 WORKING DAYS TO ORDER, PROCESS AND PACK YOUR PARTS. IT SLOWS THE PROCESS DOWN AND SOMEONES ORDER DOESNT GET PROCESSED WHEN WE HAVE TO STOP AND RESEARCH AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED YESTERDAY AND HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT IT IS SHIPPING OUT TODAY-
